Delivery:
We will deliver directly the parcel to your delivery address as soon as we receive your full payment.
For high valued products, we may require the verification of your mailing address before the delivery.
All items are carefully checked and well packed before the dispatch.
We have two shipping methods:
(1) Airmail: We often use Dutch Post to ship the packages all over the world. The delivery time is 10 ~ 25 working days.
(2) Express Mail: Delivery time is 3 ~ 9 working days.

Returns:

Defective and missing parts: If you receive an item that is defective, or not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, pls send back to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The item must be returned to us in its original and unused condition with its original box, packaging material, contents, and accessories.
In case of the missing parts, please notify us on the same day once you receive the product.

Customs duties:
The customs duty is not included in the freight, the extra charge is the customs duty. So the courier company replaces the customs to charge you customs duty.
(1) If you choose to transport by package, you don’t need to pay any customs duty.
(2) If you choose express transportation, such as DHL, UPS, etc. When you receive the package, you typically don’t have to pay tariffs. But if you pay the tariff, please contact us and send us the tariff bill, we will return you the same amount of discount coupon, you can use it to purchase any products of us.

(3) When the Courier company or the customs inform you pay the customs duty, if you don't agree to pay the duty, parcel will be returned normally, or destroyed, the customer need to bear all responsibility and cost, including the cost of the destroyed.

Customs duties should be paid by the recipient. The sender can't help the recipient to pay the customs duties. In other words, customs duties can be treated as recipients' responsibilities.

Warranty:

The warranty period is one year.
During the warranty period, if there is any quality problem caused by non-human being, we will replace the new product free of charge, but you will need to pay the relevant freight.
If there is a problem after the warranty expires, you can repurchase the new product at a favorable price.
